Generally speaking Sabre is a good place to work, but do worry about its stability, but I know the exec team is working hard on that with new customers. I like my boss, team. I have a good work/life balance, benefits. Could use improve pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
in the market place I've been offered significantly more for same role. I currently stay because I have a flexible hybrid (wfh/office) model, i like my manager and team, workload is appropriate and the paid time off benefit is great along with other benefits. Bonus was good, merit dismal last few
