The company is ok but until we start standardizing a framework or a way of working then we won't be able to deliver in the way our strategic priorities are asking. Ask anyone at sabre what we do and it's comical the responses you get. That's because we over complicate what we do.

Roles and responsibilities are not well defined so we don't have a chance. I like my coworkers as people but we are constantly stepping on each other's toes, things are falling through cracks, we don't have real ownership responsibilities because we want the "team" to own it.
