I have spent many years at Sabre and that is only because I like it here. However, in the current environment, there are too many silos, each having their own agenda that does not seem to tie into the overall agenda/goal. We have become slow and non-reactive (not to be confused with proactive)

macro management, Can-do spirit, knowledgeable folks.
What makes you most happy at work?
Project work, customer meetings, productive calls
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While we are cash strapped, many others that have left the company are making 25% more. While we are one of the more profitable teams, promotions are rare in my organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be doing a lot to get the ship under control - however, it also seems like its a bit of a runaway train. The launch event, changing a host of tools when we should be tightening up.. all seem to be part of Brownian motion.
