I have been at Sabre for over 36 years, so that is a pretty tough question. The current environment at Sabre is amongst the best in my tenure here. Ups and downs along the way, but pretty positive overall.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
it's fine, it's a job...I like my day to day work. I don't think upper management cares anything about the actual employees, which is why layoffs and no communication. I believe Kurt was haired to be a "hatchet man", just as Bill Hanigan was years ago.

The sense of achievement gained every day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am just simply underpaid compared to the market, but I have been here a long time and do not want to go elsewhere.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No communication as to employee layoffs, etc. DEI and woke culture is being removed everywhere, yet we still hold onto this failed and self-harming garbage
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency...We just found out that ANOTHER long-time member of our team has been laid off. There is NEVER any communication as the how many, why, etc. This is TERRIBLE for company morale! We know it is a business and decisions have to be made, but doing them in the shadows with no info is awful
