Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have both soft and hard skills that aren't taken into account by my leaders. Their focus is mostly operational and reactive instead of innovative and proactive. I would like to earn 20% more than I currently do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most people at Sabre are awesome, and I love working with them. My team is different. We are a really small team working under different circumstances than the rest... there are 2 or 3 people who make it hard to enjoy the day
