It still takes too long to as Kurt says to "get shit done." We have to speed up and get rid of silos and layers up layers of red tape so we cam get it done. I could do so much more for the company if it didn't take so long to wait on other groups. One place to find every document etc.

They are transparent and give a great vision of where we can go - and got us thru covid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family- we care about one another and can work well together to get stuff done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is never matched to tenure. Someone that has been there 5 or 10 years often make 20k less than newly hired counterparts with same experience, degree and skill. They need to catch up the employees that are performing well after 10 years to the new hires.
