Lots of work to do. Weak middle level management. People are managers because they have been there a long time.

The are trying to change the culture

Just paid something close to market price

Successfully meeting goals that are meaningful.

Get stuff done. However its hard to get anything done quickly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is I get to see how my work directly relates to meeting the company goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we should be paid fairly. Some people on my team don't contribute and we all get treated the same. Promotions are non-existent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
People that get stuff done are not valued. People that report that stuff is getting done are rewarded. Great contributors have left and it's getting harder to stay.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Leadership from our manager would help. Tracking accomplishments would help. Prioritizing our work would be helpful, some of things we are working on should be lower priority or be on the backlog.
