I have been here 6 1/2 years and the first few weren't a positive experience. With some leadership changes in GBS over the years things improved and then oddly enough with Covid the transparency and 'family' feel improved significantly and I love working here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Leadership bonus structure is great. Efforts to do what we can as a company to pay out when things aren't awesome is huge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and apparent care of employees. This has been a change over the last 5+ years and a huge improvement in the last 3 years! Really hopefully that same level continues with Sean leaving.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Both my peer team as well as my direct reports are amazing partners. Everyone steps up to help where possible. Full understanding we are one team and have the same end goals! I love both of these teams!!!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In our Org/roles at least the flexibility around WFH and also schedules is great. Knowing if I need to take time for a family event I can make that happen easily Of course there are many times we have to be available after hours and weekends which is fine!!
What makes you most happy at work?
For the most part my peers and people I work with are great. Understanding work has to be done and things are a little tense right now we as a whole try to laugh some and reach out on a personal level to make the day a little brighter. Also being able to WFH. it is my happy place.
