In 2 short years, its been challenging. Looming layoffs cause for a bit of an unhealthy environment. Staying focused is moving things forward is defiantly and undertone at work daily.

Everyone responds quickly to request and is proud of the knowledge they have at Sabre.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is fair, I would like to be in a higher % for bonuses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sabre is not stuck in the past everyone is committed to moving forwarded and stay relevant.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing goals, cleaning up practices that were not right in the past and having the freedom to change course.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The trusting to do your job, meaning no performance reviews, what a waste of time those were. The only being asked to be in the office 3 days a week. The ability work globally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have been transparent and straight forward in town halls and should continue to do so. I often hear hints or tones or foreshowing about the future expectations and I wish you'd just come out and say it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health insurance cost are rising Salary increase is nominal. I requested the cost of training to be reimbursed, this training allows me to keep my industry credentials. I live over 50 mile from the training & a hotel stay was declined to be reimbursed. At my salary, I shouldn't have to pay travel
