It has been a real joy to work at Sabre. I feel supported and challenged. I have a wonderful team and boss but my boss is also super supportive to give all of us opportunities for growth in our careers even if that means leaving the team. Can't say enough about my company and team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the way they are looking at promoting within and creating opportunities for growth within the organization. And I like that they appear to value and try to create better value for the employees they have rather than just to attract new people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think our health benefits are fantastic. While I did note we're paid fairly, I don't think that is the best question to ask. Compared to the industry, the pay could be improved. I don't know that everyone's contributions to the company are appropriately valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People genuinely like working for the company, whether that is in person or work from anywhere, and take great strides to make sure they and their team mates are connected. It makes me feel connected to the company and enjoy every day i come to work
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and boss. And the fact that each day there is something new to learn. Even when I get frustrated with trying to understand a concept or product, I also get excited because I'm learning something new, not just going through endless motions. It keeps me excited to want to expand that knowledge
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works so incredibly well together and we have each other's backs for questions, PTO, anything really. We love working with each other. While we are spread out around the world we take great pride and care in doing virtual events, or taking the time during the day to say hello and catch up.
