Sabre has given me the opportunity to develop as a leader, something that I did not know I had in me. Throughout the almost 20 years I've been here I have had the chance to work, learn, develop, help develop, participate in challenging projects... and it does not stop. It is always something new!

I care more about salary than anything else in the package, but we do have great medical care system with Blue Cross.

different challenges, working closely with my team, sense that there will always be something new different and exciting despite how difficult it is, event days!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we want to succeed, not only individually but also as a team and as a company. Everyone wants to see Sabre succeed, raise our stock price, become the best technology partner for our customers, we all want that to happen.
What makes you most happy at work?
Face different challenges, new projects, deal with ambiguity and having to navigate through it. But the best is that I get to do it hand in hand with my team, and my colleagues from other departments when needed. I love that interaction that makes me feel part of something bigger.
