Opportunities for growth, limited budget for the headcount needed, some processes are bureaucratic and should be streamlined but difficult to maintain focus on process improvement when we have so many special projects with fewer resources

Communication with email/announcements and the various Town Halls, I believe they are as transparent as they can be even though we seem to have a lot of undisclosed projects where they cannot be transparent.
