Time off and flexibility. It would be nice if there were extra incentives to retain employees.
The People Team does an excellent job trying to ensure employee's needs are met and that they feel valued.
Our team respects one another and values everyone's input. Our Manager goes above and beyond to be supportive.
To me, merit increases seem to be more of a broad-brush and not indicative of the employee's contribution to the team.
