Over all work wise it has been good, but the pay needs to improve and also there should be some more recruitment done so there is proper staffing and proper work life balance. Also the existing employees needs to be taken better care and see to that they are retained and feel valued.

The company is good place to work but Executive team has to provide the confidence and the Job security to employees. Also Layoff and saving the funds and showing the same for cashflow is not the signs of improving cash flow, bringing more business is the key to success.

There is a Good team bonding and work together and coordinate with each other.

There is no work culture and that is not much followed by the manager.

Every one is supporting and they help each other and we have a jovial time and at the same time work everything is done

As spoken there is no much transparency that we can really see. And also towards the employee wellbeing there is a lowest concern that is being some.

The Team is very supportive and they are ready to help every time any support is required, however we are short of staff and this has been happing from the start of covid and we are yet awaiting for feasible resources, also there is no proper re hiring for employees leaving.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the salary pay needs to be improved considering the market conditions. Also the new hires are paid up to the par of the existing employees this is really de motivating. Existing employees feel undervalued and demotivated, and it feel New employees are better and existing employees not worth

Employee wellbeing needs to be taken care, also employee needs to be provided confidence by the leadership that Company is backing them and also assure on the job security then employee feels more secured. They have to get better at assessing certain team whose salaries are not as per the market standers specify in India Market, however there is a claim that they are as per the market standards, and they are keeping par with the market. Also there is nothing much done in India market to retain employ
