Less monetory and designation wise growth as compared to peers from other companies, would rate our company's benefits and pay at 30 percentile. Lesser pay than the global average payscale for the same designation.

Team is quite cohesive, understanding and intelligent. The churning of thoughts and interactions with the team always lead to a more optimal result. Being surrounded by good quality peers has boosted both my professional and my personal growth. I feel lucky and happy to work with them.
