Good experience in my last 4 years at Sabre. However I feel the growth is very time consuming and slow. We see growth in other regions like MVD and KRK but APAC (SIN and BLR) is very slow. Moving the pay cycle to July, will we be given compensation for 3 months- April, May and June?
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Sabre is a great place to work but last 4 years has been very tough. I know covid had a great impact, but it cannot be the reason why employees do not get the hikes they deserve year after year. With cost-of-living increasing each year but our compensations are not, it is very difficult for us.

Good pay compared to other companies. Good medical benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hardworking and ready to learn
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no growth and even if there is the hikes are bare minimum.
