I have survived several firings so I am happy about that. It is difficult to advance in career because of freezings. People are nice. Office is nice. Money is not the best.

Well, it is just work. I don't consider it a goal in life, just mean to achieve real goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
inflation is eating up my salary, each month my salary is worth less and the pay increase has been moved to later in year, newly hired colleagues are offered more money than I am earning after several years.
