The level of personal culture is often, but not always, quite decent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd like to do what I'm supposed to do in my position and not many other things that were hired because the company hired unqualified people. Then the pay will match.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hire people with qualifications. I know it's difficult today, out of the last 50 recruitments in which I participated, we hired only about 5 people. As a result, people who have very poor programming skills have been brought to us by force. It is not a solution! Now we have a lot more work.
