Working culture is great, team members get a lot of support. At the same time I notice that accountability level is low and there is little attention given to the culture of accountability and delivery. Many important decisions are cascade down verbally rather than through proper email communication

I truely believe in and experience a great working environment in Sabre. What grows to be a significant issue and challenge if facing walls that inhibit us from being more productive, challenges not resolved for years, being too conservative and not agile enough to use challenges as catalysts

Environment is very supportive and is lacking a bad culture of escalating if someone does a mistake
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is relatively low so is VCP which is much below what other comparable companies offer. Merit increase has been postponed which is difficult minding the high inflation. The justification that was provided doesn't seem convincing.
