Good company objective and goals, smart co-workds, amazing leadership, however I don't think the company appreciate the talented staff and should invest more money into retaining their employees and have a clear path for promotions and development.

Clear organization objectives, however in practice not all values and goals are trickled to lower level of management. The company need to invest more in people and retaining people
