9 years at Sabre, I enjoyed working in an exciting industry. like to think that I contributed to the success of the company, but it's been a disappointing journey too. I still hold the same position since I joined 9 years ago. There is no clear career development plan. No support from my manager

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid below the market benchmark and not equivalent to my team members. What would make me feel better is a clear grading system with clear compensation for each grade and a market benchmark transparency
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
it's all about people. My manager makes it hard to enjoy working at Sabre. She is not supportive. I don't receive any appreciation. I don't receive a fair evaluation for my work. there is no career development plan for me. My manager doesn't support my passion or ambition. I am not learning at sabre
