I have been with Sabre for 17+ years now, and I would like to spend next 17years with Sabre. This describes my overall experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Caring about human resources, even during global challenging times. Taking proper steps to consolidate during pandemic and following strategic goals. Proud of leadership we have.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Social security in MVD (Blue Cross and Blue Shield Uruguay) for employee and kids. It would be even better if we could add our spouses to it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a varied set of software development team members that are very accountable and partner with each other. All of them, most of them senior Sabre employees, know that sharing is caring, and that we grow with sharing information and knowledge. Noone is left behind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sabre culture is one of the biggest reasons that we have very low attrition. Transparency, Inclusion, caring about human resources makes most of us be happy and want to stay with the company for many more years to come. Social collaboration, events like GTV, Family day, etc. make us proud.
What makes you most happy at work?
I do what I like and I like what I do. I am allowed to take responsibility and be accountable for it. I feel I am doing contributing to technology transformation for us and for our customers. In the end making our customers happy is our goal here and they appreciate what we do for them.
