I have been working in Sabre for 15 years now and I wouldn't change it. I am very grateful for working here and the care the company takes for their employees. But I still think that salaries could be improved.

There is partnership, support and good humor. We have built an excellent work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that I deserve a better salary, but I do not feel undervalued because of that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The GTT instances are a great example of Sabre's culture. And within the last years Sabre has also focused on Inclusion which is remarkable.
