I value the diversity and the respect that the company shows for each individual. I think people can be their selves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I thinks the compensation should be higher and the benefits should be updated. When benchmarking to other tech companies with high valued professionals you realize that SABRE could do better for its employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ww solve issues very quickly and learn a lot form each other as we work for different regions. My team is full of positive people with good energy and it is always nice to interact with them.
