Transparency with all employees regarding where we are today (in term of business and finances of the company) and where we want to go, also be crystal clear on the results achieved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good communication. Freedom at work. Everything is planned meticulously so nothing is missing in the office or at home to do our work properly. From that perspective is a good place to work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase salaries and VCP is needed. As an example, while Sabre is offering 5% of annual salary as bonus (at least for my position) other companies (even smaller) offered to me about 15%-20% (at the same position).
