What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're an inclusive organization, focus on results without losing sight of employee as individuals. Although financials are not at best, the focus to keep employee morale high is evident.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been on the job for several years with solid contributions, new hires would come in at same pay if doors were open today. Merit increases are nowhere close to inflation, even before the pandemic and the fact that promotions and merit share the same budget employees are always at a loss.
