Sabre usually has many diverse opportunities, given the multiple business units and disciplines here. Since the pandemic, Sabre's recovery has been slow and opportunities have dwindled significantly. It's my hope that recovery is on the rise soon.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sean Menke courageously led Sabre through a global pandemic that hasn't been seen before in this generation. He's a great leader!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
VCP (at least for me) is a pre-determined percentage, regardless of the work effort (which is high). Also, the scope of job responsibilities continues to increase with no pay increase. This is very demoralizing.
