One of the best things about my team is the strong sense of collaboration and partnership.

High volumes of work without space for work/life balance, unpaid overtime, value compromise, capabilities and performance with actions instead of words.

I appreciate how the leadership team combines strategic vision with empathy, fostering trust, open communication, and a culture of growth and inclusivity
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Invest in the people who really make a difference, I've seen very talented employees leave the company lately, more than usual. There are not clear ACTIONS to retain talent.
