The flexibility to work from home to be much more productive during the day and into the night.

Besides work, the work in office days helped to bring team closer, but that does not mean their quality of work will improve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being certified professionally does not seemed to be recognised in Sabre and thus not being paid fairly as compared to certified professionals in the market.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Cross team cohesiveness is poor. Account Managers are judgmental and unkind. Having a biased manager shows unkindness and unprofessionalism whom previously tried to run me down and preached religion to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Singapore office organises Workday Wind Day, WCN volunteering program, YEB celebration - Amazing Race, Cultural Day, Festival Celebration. These help to bring the cohesive of employees together and overall being positive about culture.
