Since yes & no question and the yes is 60% of the answer,i do love my job and Sabre family, the engaging with different teams, learning something new almost every day and working on my development plans toward fulfilling our goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite of the distance communication we feel like a family,we are always aligned,sharing knowledge,exchanging ideas & setting up our plans to fulfil our company goal as a team. many thanks to our line manager who always works on engaging everyone, cross culture and support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the different organizational restructuring which had been occurred the last couple of years,many of us worked hard to reach certain position & worked hard to develop &move forward in the company but been downgraded instead& not having any chance to grow or move back to same level!
