Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I just celebrated my 22nd anniversary with the company. 13 years the first time I was here and 9 since then. That says a lot right there. I came back for more! I appreciate the leadership and the dedication of my fellow employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership direction and the obvious care for the employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The talent level of my team and surrounding teams is excellent. Everyone enjoys working together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the work we have put into a product bring success for the customers and the company.

Amazing manager! My team is incredibly talented. I highly value their expertise. Hardworking.

Working with such amazing people to enable people across the world to travel and experience wonderful things in their lives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They clearly care about us as people, not just as resources. Open to inputs, as transparent as possible. Cleary doing the best they can for the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am very happy with all of it. Pay, bonus, stock, benefits, time off. I am not what else they could add but the People Teams keeps surprising us with more goodness.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are making significant progress towards getting Sabre into a good place. They seem to all work well together. They are igniting the energy we need everyone to have after the last few years. Thank you!

The leadership team enables us to lead in a way that is right for our teams, gives us a clear path to what we need to achieve. The people we work with are truly a team and dedicated to Sabre's success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Love it all, pay, VCP, equity and benefits. For the first time last year I had reason to use my benefits more than usual and was amazed at the quality and simplicity it all. Thank you and please keep up the great work on our package.
