It looked like we were on a great path in terms of company culture under Sean Menke and the pandemic seemed to get us all closer together and determined. Now it feels we go back to the place before where everyone looks out for themselves, the leaders don't care and play politics.
Base salary is in line with my expectations
Quicker decision making, stop finger pointing
The compensation package is average.
Interacting with my customers is what I enjoy most
Smart, team spirit, focus, good people who look out for each other
There is no inspiration coming from our leaders. Seems they come from a past age. We talk a lot being a different company but I am reminded of the Sabre we were 10 years or longer ago.
Transparency has become worse again although it was a Sabre value some time ago. Leaders seems to be looking out for themselves and try to use their job as a spring board but care little about their teams.
No career progression, leader that are not inspiring, tribal behavior meaning if you are not part of the favorites in a group you are out. You need a track record with companies the leaders were beforece to be seen as competent. Your career in Sabre or other places doesn't count.
