Sabre is a like a family most of the time. Even though it seems like we're losing it, it's still there and as we succeed we will get to become a tighter family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sabre's culture is very collaborative and friendly. No hostility.
What makes you most happy at work?
To accomplish something. I have too many distractions though.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the team deeply. They try to enable us with new skills constantly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is highly skilled and are good people in general. I feel like I am the worst. Which brings insecurity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary and 401-K is great. I wish our stock price was higher, so the equity compensation meant something. Right now, it does not mean anything, which makes us less competitive in the marketplace. If I leave the company, it will be solely and purely due to total compensation nothing else.
