What makes you most happy at work?
There is continuous learning in our team, from legacy system to now GCP it always excites us to learn new things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of them in the team is very responsible, they own up the items and deliver it on the promised time. Very collaborative and never fails to share information across the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The key updates are passed on to the team on regular basis. Most of details are transparent which will help us achieve and contribute more. Regular leadership meetings helps us get our questions answered
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The continuous learning programs within the team always helps the growth of an individual to reach the same skill set level of others. Also documenting the lesson learnt during a critical project execution and sharing it with all so that it helps whenever someone face the similar issue.
