I thrive in our fast paced environment. I like to be stretched and given opportunities to sort out the complicated and get it across the line. And, I honestly love my co workers, so fabulous.
What are some of the best things about your team?
So much talent at Sabre. There will always be a few that don't add value but by in large I think Sabre does a good job of weeding them out. Leadership creates an environment of equality so that everyone has a voice. It's an environment on mutual respect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So much praise, everyone is so kind to say thank you and so many people go above and beyond. It's very genuine and just knowing someone lost sleep to get answer back to the team is just incredibly humbling and drives me to bring my best to work every day as well.
