The fact that no two days seem to be the same, always new challenges to conquer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at the company are my favorite part of working for Sabre. Good direct management team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were told that we would have market adjustments, but raises have not even kept up with inflation. We took paycuts and were looking forward to that adjustment and the whole situation was just swept under the rug.
