They are not that intrusive and let middle management manage their teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to manage my own time and my daily tasks without management intervention.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very independent. We are able to perform great with very little supervision. On top of that, I have a voice and management (from manager, to SR Manager to Director) really listen what I have to say and some of the things I have proposed have been implemented.
