Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In UY, when promoted from Senior to Lead , overtime paid is no longer applicable, because of the nature of your role, more responsibilities, executive meetings ,etc. you still end up working several hours and this is not always reflected in the salary check. VCP should be 10% instead of 5%.
