I have had opportunities over time but many, too many obstacles represented by the wrong people in the wrong places. Lack of objectivity is often a problem and as already mentioned, connections within society count for far too much sometimes

fair treatment compared to my tenured peers. It is not always through neutral and objective paths, networking matters
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
less hypocrisy and more peculiar work. Each of us can make a difference, and it is everyone's responsibility to make a real difference.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lack of engagement slows down work, constant follow up consumes time and increases frustration especially for those in a role that involves constant and direct interaction with customers. Lack of empathy and understanding makes the work of others difficult
What do you like best about the leadership team?
better understand the needs of employees and apply what they say in terms of sustainability and workload in practice. Lack of staff in some areas makes work management difficult and burdensome for others both in terms of energy and time
What makes you most happy at work?
as long as they allow us, the possibility of working from home to try to balance time. The amount of work is so much if we are forced to go to the office without considering the differences in areas and roles, the situation will worsen
