What is the best part about your compensation package?

Vacation/PTO: provides ample time off, including Year-end break

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team (and the teams we work with) are very collaborative, willing to work with each other to solve the problem (instead of pointing fingers if a problem arises).

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

A sense of team. We are all in this together, both for good times and bad times. We cheer each others' successes and can gripe about the bad times without pushback

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The Executive (C-Level) team, mainly Kurt, needs to reconsider his approach. His directness is good for getting things done efficiently, but his facetious attitude when discussing office attendance/WFA is terrible. His work flexibility "personal counseling" comment was flippant and uncalled for.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

SVPs (and some EVPs) and below are engaged and available to discuss items at a more detailed level than I have seen at other companies. They support their teams and provide constructive ways to improve Sabre. The same cannot necessarily be said for our C-level leadership
