I think Sabre has pure intentions, but how those intentions are executed in reality is a different story. With the most recent layoffs and other employees departing, those that have stayed to help Sabre work its way out of the hole seem taken for granted and are not promoted/paid fairly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All people want is to be paid fair market value. It costs just as much, if not more, to hire someone brand new and take the time for them to be ramped up vs. promoting a current employee with a pay increase that reaches fair market value. Plus you build trust and buy in for the future.
