It's not my dream job, but I have fun -- it's good pay and after many years of work I finally have a good manager that has created a good environment. Yes it gets stressful, there's no fix for that since we work directly with customer and we lack of resources to fix defects in the system.

There are times, where issues get too complicated and take time. I like when we can find a resolution for the client.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have 3 teammates on my same role, 2 of them I work on the same shift with an enterprise client, they are responsible, and very knowledgeable -- I know I can count on them and vice versa.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my manager, good boss - strict, but works with us from far away like we were close by. I like that we're not micromanaged such as my previous position and that I am respected and trusted to make my own calls.
