I like the company, and I love what I do, but there are some issues with how sometimes I feel I'm treated as an employee. Alot of upper management does not talk with you unless you are at their level and that makes me feel like I'm just a number

I do get to see people and talk with a few
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They somewhat keep you informed. Sometimes they do not all the time but some.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've taken on more responsibilities when the other person left. I feel I am expected to do more but not compensated for doing more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do communicate and have fun as a team which is great but there are times that whispering goes on right in front of me and that does bother me as an employee.
