Positive is that many leaders are encouraging people to be their best. they provide opportunities and push people out of their comfort to go beyond their potentials
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
from the history of sabre the pay we are getting now seems very low. I understand the company is doing its best to recover from many things which a mere employee wouldn't understand to the bottom. But I personally am thankful for being here as Sabre provided its best during my worst.
