1) My manager is very good at his job, guides us and helps us grow. 2) The team mates are good and are focused on winning.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
1) Focus on quality of the product we are developing. 2) Drive to win. 3) Everyone comes together to put in the work and achieving the goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders we work with( that is my manager and my manager's manager) are very competent, extremely knowledgeable and treat people well. I can confidently say that they are one of the best leaders I have worked with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I joined the organization recently and my pay is on-par with the market. But with the annual hikes we are currently getting, I feel I'll be behind the market in 2-3 years. It will be good if company can match the salary with the market every 3-5 years.
