We are well organised team that really likes each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing, I really like my job and tasks I have but I cannot say I feel excited about every day here. It's nothing negative, really.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone in our team wants to work remotely and we would prefer to stay at home, especially when all of us are just software engineers. We meet at the office just to talk in person, when we need it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay, at least something at the average market pay for my position. I understand issues that Sabre has to handle but getting paid below average market pay isn't nice. And I'd be happy to come to the office whenever my team needs, not 3 days a week because other companies do that...
