In general, the company is great, with a lot of opportunities, a lot of careers, it provides an accepted level of awards for those who exceed the expectations. I say "an accepted level" because i think the in the last TEO work awards they missed a team in one of the work awards

the number of technical challenges.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
VCP. However, the "oncall" payment in MVD is terrible bad.

how fast they grow up. we're training new people actually and they're growing up so fast

The way their encourage the organizations to adopt best practices and culture based on their specific areas like "SRE" & others
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I dont really think about this on the day-to-day basis. In general I do accept any culture, I keep the workspace respectful and politically correct. Questions/concerns/reports are always escalated to a management level
