I feel like Sabre is just trying to hold on. we have lost so much talent and new people have such a large ramp up that its very taxing on seasoned employees. I am sure over time this will change, just a struggle at the moment.

they seem to be somewhat transparent

when I have quiet time to focus on work

I don't think Sabre currently has a positive environment; I think you are working on it, right?
What are some of the best things about your team?
they live all over the world, yet we can join together online and have the same goal of doing our best for our customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
increase in pay does not cover cost of living increase, therefore wfh was a great way for Sabre to be able to compensate employees. My mgr is not local, my mgrs mgr is not local. But I have to come in and listen to people who do not have inside voices and work twice as hard in the evening to catchup
