There is a lack of centralized knowledge (product owners, contracts management) which then leads to disorganization and efficiency that is trickled down and affects how fast or well everyone can execute. Lack of training among account managers too.

I actually don't even know much about the leadership team other than they seem to be meeting Sabre's financial goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is under market by at least 20k. Plus my team has been understaffed by at least one head now for 7 months with no active steps to replace the last head who left. Remaining team members are over worked all while being underpaid in any event.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Constantly chasing down information needed to do my job that others should be able to but can't provide me in a timely or at all due disorganization or lack of training; constantly given contracts to work on toward the end of the negotiation meaning I have less time and leverage to review
