Support given to people even when they are not doing good is the best I have seen here
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation has never been up to the mark. I have always been in the lower bracket of the salary range of my role. My peers who started with me at a lower pay range are at a much better pay scale right now.
